Adult Education math class to be offered on weekends | Events
FITZGERALD, GA – News release from Wiregrass Georgia Technical College
Wiregrass Georgia Technical College’s Adult Education Program will be offering a weekend math class.
This class is for individuals who have not successfully passed the math portion of the GED test or who just need math to obtain their GED.
The math review session will be an intense and quick review of some math topics that will help prepare you to achieve the score needed to successfully pass the GED math test.
The session will be offered Friday, June 1, 6:00-10:00 p.m. and June 2, 9:00-5:00 p.m. at the Pine Street Adult Education Center.
The GED math test will be given on June 3, on the Ben Hill-Irwin campus of Wiregrass Georgia Technical College at 667 Perry House Road, Fitzgerald.
Georgia students must attend the entire session to be eligible for this test.
The fee to take the GED exam is increasing statewide on July 1 to 32 dollars per exam or 160 dollars for the full set of exams.
If you would like to take any or all parts of the GED exam, now is a good time to do so.
Upcoming registration and exam dates for Fitzgerald are: registration on May 21 and testing on May 24; registration on June 12 and testing on June 12.
Exam registration and testing dates for Rochelle are May 21 for registration and May 23 for testing. In Douglas, registration will be June 19, and testing on June 21.
